I am only rating the Salon but based on that, I would not try the Spa. New to the area, I called and explained what I wanted and the receptionist made an appointment with 'Tori'. They called me the day before my appointment to confirm with 'Tori'. When I arrived, I was introduced to 'Annie'. I said I had an appointment with Tori, who, it turns out was right next to 'Annie'. Their explanation....'we changed your stylist'. No prior phone call.... After some back and forth regarding lifestyle, showing her photos, explaining my past experiences, Annie cut my hair. To be fair, she spent an hour on me, however, she said she was going to cut it with a razor but much of it was cut with scissors. I can never tell how good a cut I get until I get home and wash it and style it myself. Well, the left side was decidedly longer than the right side and it wasn't the cut I asked for. Good thing hair grows!
